Our Talent Acquisition teams play a critical role in enabling the business to hire better and faster by attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across the region. We combine strong recruitment delivery with modern talent attraction approaches to position Ingram Micro as a compelling and trusted employer in our markets.

What you will do

This hybrid job (full-time) is based at one of our offices in EMEA and reports to Marc Stuut (Director Global Talent Branding & Marketing and EMEA Talent Acquisition).

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your focus will be to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the EMEA region, including sourcing passive talent, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing offers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring strategies and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
  • Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness, optimize funnels, and enhance both candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Strengthen talent attraction through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and compelling content across relevant channels
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by embedding talent brand messaging into recruitment activities and candidate touchpoints
  • Support and enhance the candidate journey through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with global teams to introduce scalable tools, best practices, and innovation in sourcing and hiring

What you bring

  • We are looking for curiosity, ownership, and motivation to grow within Ingram Micro.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a global, often virtual environment
  • Experience or affinity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or content-driven hiring approaches
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
