End Customer Sales Develpment

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven End Customer Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging directly with end customers. This role is focused on identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and generating demand through outbound and inbound activities.

You will play a key role in building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions as the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage end customers through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social selling).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks).
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct discovery conversations and effectively communicate the value proposition of solutions.
  • Support demand generation initiatives, including events, campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales (B2B preferred).
  • Experience selling to or engaging end customers directly (not only partners or distributors).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets related to pipeline generation.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive mindset, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in [industry: e.g., technology, SaaS, telecom, healthcare].
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Familiarity with multi-touch, omnichannel prospecting strategies.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for different customer personas and industries.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
