About the Role
As an AWS Marketplace Specialist – EMEA, you will play a strategic role in accelerating AWS Marketplace growth across our ecosystem of leading ISVs, including Cisco, Trellix, Okta, Red Hat, and Keeper. You will position Ingram Micro as the preferred Distribution Seller of Record (DSOR) across the region, driving scalable Marketplace adoption and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA strategy for AWS Marketplace ISV acquisition, onboarding, and growth
- Identify, engage, and recruit high-potential ISVs into AWS Marketplace under DSOR/MSOR models
- Own the end-to-end Marketplace lifecycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract execution, and activation
- Drive strategic negotiation and execution of DSOR agreements with key ISVs
- Accelerate renewal conversion and revenue retention through structured Marketplace strategies
- Partner with AWS Account Managers and internal teams to drive co-sell alignment and pipeline growth
- Design and execute go-to-market initiatives to increase ISV visibility, adoption, and consumption
- Act as the regional escalation point and strategic advisor for Marketplace-related initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven experience in cloud marketplaces, AWS ecosystem, or SaaS commercialisation models
- Strong track record of driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth in EMEA
- Experience managing ISV relationships, including onboarding and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements
- Deep understanding of AWS Marketplace programs, incentives, and operating models
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and regional teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional European languages considered an advantage, and the ability to influence within a matrixed, global organisation
