Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst - SAP FIN to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions. This role requires strong expertise in finance processes, SAP configuration, and cross-functional integration to support business operations and drive transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Process Expertise

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Accounting and Managerial Finance processes, preferably within the distribution/reseller industry
  • Capture, analyze, and document Finance business requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable SAP solution designs
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

2. SAP Finance Functional Leadership

  • Configure and support SAP Finance modules including:
    • Accounting (FI)
    • Management Accounting (CO)
    • Tax
    • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
    • Financial & Operational Reporting
    • Consolidation
  • Provide expertise in:
    • SAP New GL
    • Intercompany processes
    • Budgeting and Planning
  • Support fiscal, statutory, and period-end reporting (month-end, quarter-end, year-end)

3. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Enable seamless integration between Finance and key business functions:
    • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Supply Chain Execution (SCE)
    • Warehouse Management (WM)
    • Web and Partner Connectivity platforms
  • Drive cross-application integration to ensure end-to-end process efficiency

4. Finance Process Ownership

Manage and optimize key Finance processes including:

  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel Management
  • Vendor Claims Management
  • Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, Treasury, and Tax
  • Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management (FSCM)
  • Asset Accounting
  • Controlling, Project Systems, and Profitability Reporting

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to:
    • GAAP, IAS, IFRS
    • SOX and regulatory compliance standards
  • Support financial governance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy
  • Enable robust financial and operational reporting frameworks

6. Data & Systems Governance

  • Oversee master data management, validation, and governance processes
  • Support data migration activities for SAP implementations and upgrades
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems

7. Change Management & Transformation

  • Assess and manage organizational, process, and procedural impacts of SAP Finance implementations
  • Support change adoption through stakeholder engagement and training
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Finance functions

What you bring the role:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and SAP Finance modules
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
