As aGlobal Platform Integration Consultant,you will help customers digitally scale their businesses by connecting their systems directly to the Xvantage platform. This role bridges commercial opportunity and technical execution—working with customers, country teams, and product leaders to design integrations that automate workflows, reduce operational friction, and unlock growth.
This role is both customer-facing and technically consultative, helping translate customer workflows and system landscapes into scalable integration solutions across the Xvantage platform ecosystem.While based in Germany and supporting the German market, this role will also serve as atechnical overlay across Europe and other regions, joining customer engagements where deeper integration expertise isrequired.

Technical Integration Consulting
Serve as the technical advisor in customer engagements by helping assess integration opportunities and translating business requirements into practical integration approaches.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct technical discovery with customers to understand their system architecture (ERP, CRM, PSA, CPQ, ecommerce platforms, etc.)
Identifyintegration opportunities that improve efficiency, automation, and scalability
Provide guidance on APIs, platform integrations, and workflow automation
Design solution approaches in collaboration with engineering and product teams
Support Commercial Platform Consultants
Act as thetechnical counterpartto the commercial consultants on the team.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting customer discovery sessions
Validating technical feasibility of integration opportunities
Helping translate customer needs into solution designs
Participating in strategic customer discussions where deeper technical expertise isrequired
This role enables the commercial team to focus on value creation while ensuring technical confidence in solution design.
Enable Country Teams
Partner with regional and country teams to accelerate platform integration adoption.
Activities include:
Supporting high-priority integration opportunities
Hosting technical workshops with customers and partners
Providingarchitecture guidance for complex integrations
Supporting pre-sales technical discussions whenrequired
Integration Onboarding and Activation
Guide customers through the early phases of integration activation, including:
Technical walkthroughs
Integration configuration guidance
Best practice recommendations
Early-stage troubleshooting and problem solving
The goal is to acceleratetime-to-value and long-term adoption.
Platform Insight and Feedback
Act as a bridge between the market and the platform product teams by capturing insights such as:
Integration gaps
Common technical blockers
Customer workflow requirements
Opportunities for new integration capabilities
These insights help drive the evolution of the platform.
What You Bring
Technical Understanding
Strong familiarity with SaaS integrations, APIs, or system interoperability
Experience with business systems such as ERP, CRM, PSA, CPQ, or ecommerce platforms
Ability to understand system architecture and integration workflows
Deep engineering expertise is notrequired, but the ability tospeak confidently about integration designis essential.
Customer & Consulting Skills
Strong consultative approach to problem solving
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
Comfort working directly with customers and partners
Experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or integration advisory roles
Collaboration
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
Strong networking skills to engage the right stakeholders across the organization
Comfortable operating in a global, highly collaborative environment
Experience
5+ years in technical consulting, integration consulting, or solution architecture
Experience working with SaaS platforms or B2B commerce ecosystems preferred
Language
Fluent Englishrequired
German strongly preferred
Additional European languages are a plus
