About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Manager to lead our Order Management Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of end-to-end order processing activities. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and supporting continuous improvement across the function.
You will lead a team responsible for managing the order lifecycle, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Alongside day-to-day operational leadership, you will focus on coaching and developing your team, improving processes, and helping shape a high-performing, customer-centric culture.

Core responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Order Management Team, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
- Monitor team performance against SLAs, productivity, accuracy, and backlog management targets
- Manage escalations and support resolution of operational and customer issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support team development
- Create a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements
- Use operational data and insights to inform decisions, prioritisation, and performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with operational controls, audit requirements, and internal policies
To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing teams within Order Management, Operations, or Customer Experience environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) processes and controls
- Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience handling escalations, stakeholder management, and difficult conversations professionally
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting operational change initiatives
