What you’ll do?
Our Supervisor, Master Data Operations:

• Leads and manage the day-to-day operations of the team

• Acts as the main escalation point for team members and stakeholders

• Ensures team performance meets defined targets and SLAs

• Monitors individual and team performance and drive improvements

• Identifies and implement process improvement initiatives

• Plans and prioritize team workload and objectives

• Ensures adequate staffing and onboarding of new team members

• Delivers regular and ad-hoc performance reporting

• Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management through 1:1s

• Supports hiring, performance reviews, and employee lifecycle processes

• Collaborates closely with Operations Managers and regional stakeholders to resolve issues

What you’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of relevant processes and workflows within the function

• Ability to act as a key escalation point and resolve complex issues

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role

• At least 1 year of team leadership or people management experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
