What You'll Do

As Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics, you will lead end-to-end warehouse andlogisticsoperations across a fast-paced, multinational site in Dubai. Your leadership will directlyimpactIngram Micro's ability to deliver reliably to partners and customers across theregion—making you a cornerstone of our growth story in the Middle East.

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse andlogisticsoperations—inbound, outbound, and inventory—ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence across the site.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse operations team, including supervisors and frontline associates, buildingcapabilityand a culture of accountability and continuous development.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and deliver measurable operational gains.

  • Manage operating and capital budgets with a focus on cost efficiency,identifyingopportunities to improveROIandsupportlong-term financial performance.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to align operations with broader businessobjectivesand ensure seamless delivery outcomes.

  • Manage third-partylogistics(3PL) providers and external partners, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and operational standards.

  • Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and data reporting to drive operational visibility, decision-making, and performance tracking.

What You Bring to the Role

Your strengths, our vision.We'relooking for an experienced operations leader who brings:

  • Relevant industry experience:Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse andlogisticsoperations, ideally in a multinational or regional distribution environment.

  • Leadership experience:A proventrack recordof leading large, diverse operationsteams—including supervisors and frontlinestaff—through periods of growth and change.

  • Role-specific experience:Demonstratedsuccess managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast-paced environment.

  • Technical skills:Proficiencywith WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.

  • Education:Abachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, ora relatedfield. An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
