Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen the vendor partnership from a strategic marketing perspective.
- Provide marketing leadership and support spanning across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Lead and coordinate country and regional marketing teams supporting the vendor’s business.
- Align global marketing objectives with regional and country-level plans, ensuring consistency and execution against business goals.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance and complement local and regional efforts.
- Act as a key liaison between sales and marketing, fostering collaboration and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate the vendor’s strategic direction alongside Ingram Micro’s priorities into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
- Drive the development of integrated programs that support the growth of the vendor’s business.
- Needs to ensure KPI’s are measured and met.
- Ensures ROI on all marketing efforts are deployed or executed.
- Responsible for creating marketing plans and securing incremental investments.
- Global travel of approximately 25% may be required, as needed.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in vendor management marketing roles.
- Engaging with local, regional and global teams is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, business management, and distribution landscape, with a solid understanding of Ingram Micro’s marketing capabilities, products, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrate strategic marketing leadership by translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans and driving effective execution across regions.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and executive presence to influence stakeholders, while advancing marketing operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation during periods of change.
- Must have strong business acumen skills.
- Knowledgeable with technology is a strong asset.
