Finance Process Analyst
The Finance Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and continuously improving finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
This role works closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process gaps, automate workflows, standardize controls, and support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Design and document optimized finance processes, including SOPs, process maps, and control frameworks.
Define and monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA metrics.
Conduct root-cause analysis for process issues, audit findings, or control breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, controls, and improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
CA / MBA with minimum 8 years of experience finance operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
