Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Ownership

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy across paid and organic search channels, aligned to business acquisition, revenue, and pipeline goals.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and optimization to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and scalable growth.
  • Define performance frameworks and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable ROI and ROAS improvements.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing performance-driven marketing programs with ROAS accountability.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, acquisition metrics, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing budgets.

SEM & Paid Search

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Oversee keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, budget allocation, ad copy development, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance and guide the team on optimization strategies to maximize ROAS and campaign efficiency.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on expertise managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign architecture.

SEO, AEO & GEO (Search, Answer Engine & Generative Engine Optimization)

  • Own and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to drive sustainable organic traffic and rankings.
  • Lead AEO initiatives to improve visibility across featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven answer engines.
  • Drive GEO strategies to ensure brand visibility within AI-generated search experiences and generative platforms.
  • Partner with content and technology teams to deliver intent-driven, answer-first, and AI-search optimized content.

Required Experience

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, search intent, structured data, and schema implementation.
  • Experience optimizing content for featured snippets, conversational queries, and AI-driven search results.
  • Familiarity with evolving AI search ecosystems and generative search discovery trends.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Marketing specialists, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and career growth.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing or digital marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team workload, drive accountability, and improve team performance.
  • Experience building scalable processes and operational efficiencies within marketing teams.

Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support

  • Own integrated performance reporting across SEM, SEO, AEO, and GEO channels.
  • Translate campaign and search performance data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across the entire marketing funnel.

Required Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and conversion tracking frameworks.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable growth strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for search and performance marketing initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, creative teams, content teams, web teams, CRM teams, analytics teams, and technology teams to drive integrated growth outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or marketing vendors where applicable.

Required Experience

  • Experience working in cross-functional marketing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical marketing insights into clear business recommendations.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies, search engine guidelines, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and emerging growth marketing trends.
  • Continuously improve team capabilities through knowledge sharing and process optimization.

Required Experience

  • Strong awareness of search platform policies, SEO best practices, and privacy compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies based on evolving search algorithms and AI-driven discovery platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEM, and SEO.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring performance marketing teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, search intent, structured data, AEO, and emerging GEO strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience leading or contributing to AEO and GEO projects, including optimization for AI-powered search engines, conversational queries, structured data implementation, and generative search visibility.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or lead-generation environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing multi-region or enterprise-scale marketing programs.
  • Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO certifications.
