  • Daily support for customer service operations, resolving issues and responding to clients efficiently
  • Update customers and the CLS manager on the status of their orders and resolve any questions or problems
  • Maintain daily and consistent communication with customers and other company departments to ensure an effective flow of information
  • Manage emails and the CLS business inbox
  • Monitor and track deliveries and bookings
  • Follow up on incidents related to the process, both technical and operational
  • Track product returns
  • Support coordination between transport, inbound, and outbound departments
  • Prepare and monitor commercial invoices, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records
  • Support the CLS Contract Manager in managing daily operations and any возникаing issues
  • Assist with database maintenance tasks
  • Provide support on internal technical matters within Ingram Micro
  • Liaise with the inventory control department for stock-related queries and positioning
  • Attend follow-up meetings at both internal and external levels
