Customer Logistics Representative

- Daily support for customer service operations, resolving issues and responding to clients efficiently
- Update customers and the CLS manager on the status of their orders and resolve any questions or problems
- Maintain daily and consistent communication with customers and other company departments to ensure an effective flow of information
- Manage emails and the CLS business inbox
- Monitor and track deliveries and bookings
- Follow up on incidents related to the process, both technical and operational
- Track product returns
- Support coordination between transport, inbound, and outbound departments
- Prepare and monitor commercial invoices, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records
- Support the CLS Contract Manager in managing daily operations and any возникаing issues
- Assist with database maintenance tasks
- Provide support on internal technical matters within Ingram Micro
- Liaise with the inventory control department for stock-related queries and positioning
- Attend follow-up meetings at both internal and external levels
