Business Development Manager - Microsoft Azure (Hybrid role)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (Azure) to drive the growth of Microsoft Azure solutions through our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for partner recruitment, enablement, pipeline development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while working closely with Microsoft, internal sales teams, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Azure revenue, ARR, and consumption growth.
- Recruit, activate, and develop Azure partners.
- Build and manage Azure sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Execute sales, marketing, and partner enablement programs.
- Identify and develop new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to accelerate business growth.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver regular business reviews.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Cloud Sales, or Partner Management.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure or AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, local, others cloud computing technology, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, managed service providers, or cloud resellers.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud migration, infrastructure, security, data, AI, and modern applications.
- Understanding of Microsoft programs, incentives, and partner ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.
