Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability for Numeric power solutions, LG commercial displays and IT products, and ViewSonic display and collaboration solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and enterprise customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, education, government, and SMB segments.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate business forecasts.
• Execute vendor programs, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives to drive market penetration.
• Conduct partner enablement programs, product training, and business review meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and operations teams to support business growth.
• Work closely with vendor stakeholders to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in one or more of the following product categories:
  • Numeric: UPS, Power Backup, Power Conditioning Solutions.
  • LG: Commercial Displays, Monitors, Digital Signage, LED Displays.
  • ViewSonic: Monitors, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors, Collaboration Solutions.
• Strong channel management, vendor management, and partner development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
