Let’s shape tomorrow’s cloud foundations—together.

Who we are and why it matters

At Ingram Micro, we are more than a technology distributor—we are a global ecosystem enabler. With the scale, reach, and imagination to connect businesses with transformative technology, we help partners and customers realize the full potential of digital innovation. Across EMEA and beyond, our people are shaping tomorrow by delivering outcomes that are resilient, secure, and future‑ready.

About the role

The AWS Services Growth Enablement Leader is a strategic regional role within the EMEA Cloud and Services organisation, responsible for elevating the consistency, quality, and commercial effectiveness of AWS Services engagements across the region. Acting as the bridge between regional growth priorities, country execution, and the AWS ecosystem, the role enables country-based sales and services teams to originate, shape, and close complex AWS services opportunities with greater confidence and repeatability.

Operating through an indirect, influence-led model, the role does not replace local sales leadership but provides the frameworks, coaching, deal leadership, and governance required to scale AWS services revenue, partner, and customer outcomes across diverse EMEA markets. This includes supporting large-scale migration and modernisation programmes, improving commercial rigour in services-led opportunities, and ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted consistently across countries.

In close collaboration with regional leadership, country sales leadership, leader, AWS, and strategic partners, the role serves as the regional point of accountability for strengthening AWS services sales execution and aligning go-to-market motions with broader business objectives. Success in this position requires a credible leader who can influence without direct authority, shape regional sales capability, and create repeatable engagement models that drive sustainable growth and high-quality customer outcomes across EMEA.

What you’ll do

  • Operate across the full EMEA region through an indirect leadership and matrix influence model, coordinating country-based sales and services stakeholders to improve AWS services engagement quality and execution consistency. Maintain close alignment with Country Sales and Services Leadership, EMEA Unified Services Centre leaders, AWS field and partner teams, and strategic delivery organisations to ensure regional priorities are translated into effective local action.
  • Define and lead the EMEA AWS Services sales enablement strategy, aligned to AWS priorities, regional growth objectives, and the Unified Services Centre operating model. Enable country-based AWS sales and services teams to improve services engagement quality, commercial rigour, and execution consistency, while acting as a trusted advisor to country leadership on AWS services motions, customer engagement models, and regional go-to-market practices.
  • Provide leadership for complex, high-value, or strategically important AWS services opportunities across EMEA, particularly those involving migration, modernisation, partner-led execution, or multi-country coordination. Coach sales teams on value-led positioning, commercial shaping, and delivery model alignment, while serving as a regional escalation point for complex deal challenges and ensuring solutions balance customer outcomes, delivery feasibility, and commercial success.
  • Act as a senior regional interface between country sales teams, AWS field organisations, AWS Partner teams, and strategic delivery partners. Represent the organisation as a recognised AWS services and migration leader, strengthening external credibility and influencing joint go-to-market initiatives, migration acceleration strategies, and partner role clarity to support stronger alignment and improved regional execution.
  • Develop and drive regional sales enablement programmes focused on AWS services, including migrations, modernisation, and optimisation opportunities. Promote the consistent sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and proven deal approaches across EMEA, while strengthening the capability of sales teams to lead value-led customer conversations and execute services-led opportunities with greater confidence and repeatability.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in AWS services sales, cloud transformation, and professional services, with a proven track record of leading complex migration and modernisation opportunities across multiple countries and cultures within EMEA
• Prior experience working directly within AWS, with deep understanding of AWS field operations, partner models, migration frameworks, and services portfolios, combined with the credibility to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
• Extensive background in IT, cloud, and professional services, supported by strong commercial acumen, a customer outcome focus, and the ability to operate confidently across both strategic planning and hands-on deal execution
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills, with a trusted advisor mindset and the ability to lead through matrix relationships without direct authority
• Executive-level presence, recognised AWS services credibility, and strong presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently at large vendor summits, build confidence, capability, and alignment across diverse regional teams and partner ecosystems
