What you’ll do?

• Booking of payables invoices (external and IC) in SAP ERP system

• Requesting missing vendor invoice copies and investigating discrepancies

• Validation, booking and preparation of payments of vendor invoices and expense reports

• Payments and matching of invoices

• Fixed asset accounting

• Booking of Monthly GL recurring accruals

• FS audit support

• Ensure proper cash application in the CMP OA platform (online platform)

• Ensures proper bookings for cash application in the ERP system regarding the CMP business

• Ensure credit card/direct debit charge backs are processed in the MP OA platform on time

• Account for AR collections (bank receipts)

What you’ll bring?

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or other relevant

• Accounting or Finance experience

• Knowledge in GAAP; Financial Analysis and Prior knowledge of ERP system

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)

• English B2
