Senior Project Manager

Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid

This role follows a non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly capable and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join our Business Operations team, playing a key role in driving the success of the Xvantage platform across the UK business.

In this role, you will lead a wide range of activities including project delivery, change management, communication, training, and process improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across the UK and global organisation, this position ensures successful deployment of platform capabilities that deliver measurable commercial and operational value.

This is a high-impact opportunity that requires balancing competing priorities, identifying and mitigating risk, and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will also provide key support to the Senior Manager, helping to guide the wider project management team, resolve escalations, and provide leadership when required.

Core responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Xvantage platform projects, including planning, execution, and deployment
• Drive change management and communication activities to support successful adoption across the business
• Gather, prioritise, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Redesign and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes
• Deliver training to internal teams, vendors, and reseller partners to support platform adoption
• Collaborate with UK and Global stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery
• Support the Senior Manager with team coordination, escalations, and knowledge sharing

• Proven experience in project management within a complex, cross-functional environment
• Experience managing change and supporting adoption of new systems, tools, or processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to assess impact and prioritise effectively
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience delivering training and supporting business users through change
• High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
• Calm and structured approach when working under pressure
