Primary Focus:

A Technical Solutions Specialist primary focus is building solutions and identifying opportunities to complete the sale with appropriate products and services Focused on being consistent, providing full solutions, and facilitating the sale, while responding to partner requests expediently and efficiently via email, phone, online chat, and/or Microsoft calendar bookings. Key Responsibilities Maintaining productivity and engagement metrics. When engaging with reseller/internal partners; identify budget, end-user information, business need, close date. Expanding the opportunity by identifying and offering all appropriate services/support/warranty/maintenance/adjacent technology options; cross-sell considerations.

What experience, knowledge & skills does a Technical Solutions Specialist need? KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Formal education or experience with technology products preferred. Effective communication with multiple levels of customers. Use of Microsoft Office products and associated software. Ability to follow direction and take initiative as required. Ability to work as a member of a team and take constructive criticism as an opportunity to advance/improve.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree preferred. 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
